Mr. Duenas is an award-winning educator, speaker, consultant, and author. He has spent the last thirty years of his life promoting personal and professional growth in diverse communities. At the same time, he has combined his teaching work with running a community consulting firm to support and advise people in starting numerous businesses in Northern California, which has been expanding to other parts of California y Arizona… any state.

In his community, he is known as "El Maestro," a position he carries out with great pride. His recognitions and achievements include the following:

• Author of the book "Discipline with Dignity Seven Days a Week," winner of the International Hispanic Award, 2021.

• Currently holds three bachelor's degrees and a master's degree.

• Specialization in topics such as motivation, business, immigration, education, and more.

• Outstanding presenter in English or/and Spanish – (truly bilingual)

• He has been recognized six times among the most outstanding educators in Northern California.

• 30+ years of service as an educator and administrator.

• Other books include; The Young Alacran (English), El Sueño de El Joven Alacrán, Negocios, Negocios y mas Negocios, Elisa’s Shawl, and el Rebozo de Elisa, and others, including a memoir about his journey from Guadalajara to the farm fields of Northern California, Oregon, and Washington, which describes his life as a migrant and E.S.L. student to his success as an educator.
